I love that a splash of color can change a whole outfit! Especially neon's! It feels like a million years since I've pulled out my neon jewelry and clutch. It's this beautiful weather! It makes me wanna be colorful, fun, outgoing and happy! Once all the snow melts and it's sunny for days, I'll be as colorful as a painting!
