Monday Blues

― Jarod Kintz, This Book is Not FOR SALE Do you ever just wake up Mondays and wonder where the heck did your weekend go? Time flies!

This weekend was not very productive! It was good but not productive!

Friday Night: I went to go watch Deadpool and let me tell you, it was amazing! I would watch it again and again! It had action, comedy, drama and the whole sha-bang! Ryan Reynolds definitely played a better Deadpool than he did Green Lantern and I loved that through the movie he was able to even make fun of his Green Lantern character! If you plan on watching a movie and have not seen Deadpool, 100% recommend watching it!

Saturday: Ate two of my favorite foods of all time! First, Israel's mama made us pupusas! If you haven't had a pupusa, please Google search a place that sells them and go ASAP. It's basically a homemade tortilla filled with yummy goodness and by yummy goodness, I mean pork and cheese! And then secondly, I had AYCE sushi at Watari. It is definitely my favorite AYCE sushi place. I love that they have a wide variety of sushi and maki and have all these unique items, like spicy chicken tacos. If you are in the Edmonton area, I would suggest going here for sushi!

Saturday Night: Ended the day with family and friends, and Israel having a blast and not remembering the night. We had people over at our house to celebrate our engagement and it was a blast!

Sunday: Sunday was just like any other Sunday - curing a hangover and being lazy.

I wish the weekends were longer. I need like 5 days to recuperate from a 5 day work week!
