I fell in love this dress as soon as I saw it at the Express store! I have never bought anything else from this store before this (and a skirt) but I had to have it as soon as I saw it! Its the cutest dress every! I had to pair mine with a jacket because it was actually a little windy outside! But once it gets nicer out I'll be able to wear it without a coat!
