"Be a Samurai. Because you just never know what's behind the freaking sky."

If you don't follow me on Instagram (which you should be doing!) then you don't know the reasoning behind this blog post's title. I decided to name this post Samurai because I was actually taking this photos on the weekend of Halloween and some rude man came up to me and asked very bluntly "Are you going to be a samurai for Halloween? Because you look like one with that bun." I was a little offended and a little angry - I mean who cares if you think I look like a samurai, but please keep that to yourself.
I'm all about honesty and being up front but when it comes to stranger, I'm not going to tell them that I don't like the way they dress or give my two cents about something they chose to wear out in public. Yeah, I'm probably judging them in my head but let's be real, I can have my own thoughts just as long as I don't hurt a stranger's feelings.
When it comes to being honest, do it always. But if you don't know someone or you know your comments are very rude, then keep that to yourself. Honesty towards strangers should never be hurtful - you never know how someone is going to take your jokes! Don't get me wrong, I pretty much just laughed it off after when I told Israel, but what if I was someone who was extremely self-conscious or someone that needed a little love that day instead of a rude remark, that could have hurt them more.
I don't know why people can't just keep their thoughts to themselves. Like who cares, judge me all you want. Just don't tell me - I don't care and I found it annoying and rude.
