I'm not a pants person. My hips are too wide and I find that my jeans will either fit great on the hips but are too baggy in the legs or they fit on the legs and they're too small on hips! I've been wanting cargo pants for a long time though and fortunately I found a great pair at Armani Exchange! They fit great on my hips and I don't find them to be too baggy for my legs! I'm debating whether or not to get it in an army green!
