I'm not a huge fan of taking pictures with more greenery. I feel like it doesn't fit my feed and it sometimes clashes with my outfits (am I the only one that feels like that?!). I've got a super OCD personality though, so that's probably why I feel like that! I like my backgrounds more plain and monochromatic, just like my outfits. But when we drove past this spot, I thought it was such a cute little cul de sac area and I wanted to do my photos here! And it was starting to get hard to find monochromatic backgrounds and it's a little tiring taking photos in parkades.

Talking about greenery, have I ever mentioned I'm terrible at keep any sort of plant alive ... I don't think I've ever kept any living plant alive. Israel used to always buy me flowers, and they would be nice for like 2 days. We bought plants for our house and died within a month. So one day, he just bought be a fake orchid plant and called it a day.

I wish I had a green thumb. To have plants in the house would make it feel more alive but sadly, I'm just made to garden/plant anything.


And yes, I know it's crazy to be wearing leather leggings in the summer, but I do it for the blog. And I get cold easily. So sitting in an AC car makes it all worth it. Until I have to step outside and feel the heat ... and I love this Tobi top!!
