"Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything."

As I mentioned in my last post, Israel and I have been working on learning how to use our new lens for our camera. I have to say we've gotten a lot better but we're still working on it. These photos here were from two of the first photo "sessions" we took with our new lens are there are a lot of problems but there was so much potential with these photos! I loved these photos but found the first outfit photos were too grainy and the second outfit photos, they were blurry with a high exposure. There was just so much didn't understand or didn't quite get!
When Israel and I found we were't getting the photos we wanted, we decided to take the lens back to McBain's to exchange it for something else. When we got back to McBain's the guy who sold us the lens was working and asked why we decided to return it? We told him our reasons and instead of returning it right away, asked if we had enough time and gave us a little mini lesson on how to use the lens! He told us what the best options were in regards to the ISO, F rating and Aperture (which I still don't really know what each do!) and we learned something, even if it was just a small mini lesson.
I've some what taken an interest into photography after learning a little bit. I think Israel is a little more into it than I am, mostly because he's the one taking all the photos! But it is something that we've both been working on together and I think it's hobby that we can both do together!
We're only getting better and better at this and hopefully the next photos on my blog will show that! We've been trying and I am loving the way the photos have been turning out!
